- Expansion of Postal Services and Investment in the Digital Economy

The combined implementation of the 101 projects represents a significant step toward developing Hamedan Province's communications infrastructure, improving service quality, expanding communications coverage, extending fiber-optic networks, and strengthening network stability.

They will advance the goals of President Masoud Pezeshkian’s Government in achieving communications equity and balanced regional development.

Prior to the launching event, ICT Minister met the family of martyr Hossein Ahmadi, an employee of the Infrastructure Communications Company who was martyred during the 12-day Israel-US war of aggression against Iran in June 2025.

Hashemi lauded the martyrs of the communications sector and said the stability of the country's communications network during the imposed wars was the result of the sacrifice and endeavors of the ministry's committed staff.

He also inaugurated the Hamedan Digital Economy Growth and Development Center on Monday.

It will develop the province’s digital economy ecosystem, produce content, support innovative companies, and create jobs.
